My stay at the hotel was quite average. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but a bit small with a street view. The service was not as friendly as I had hoped, and I was disappointed that there was no double room available for me. The desktop provided in the room was useful for checking emails and browsing websites. However, the service was not good as I was informed that there were no double rooms available, and it lacked friendliness. The location was convenient with a short walk to the MTR station and proximity to the shopping area, but it was a bit far from the subway. The dining experience was average, nothing special, but they do serve the best pizza. The facilities were okay during my stay.
